We do not guarantee specific mining returns. All rewards are subject to cryptocurrency market volatility and network conditions. Past performance does not indicate future results.

6. Fees and Payments

NovaHash charges fees for mining services, including but not limited to:

• Mining plan subscription fees
• Maintenance and electricity costs
• Transaction and withdrawal fees

All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. We reserve the right to modify fee structures with 30 days' notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
• Manipulate or exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

8. Service Availability

10. Limitation of Liability

• Network failures or blockchain issues beyond our control
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion with or without cause

Upon termination, your access to mining services will cease, and any pending rewards will be processed according to our standard procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
